Benefits of RSA
In case of accidents or when the motorcycle can’t be repaired on the spot, Royal Enfield shall assist in transporting the motorcycle to the nearest Royal Enfield service center for repairs.
In case of a weak or dead battery, a technician shall be despatched who will attempt to jumpstart the motorcycle. In case a battery change is required, the technician shall fix a new battery. The cost of the battery shall be charged on actuals. In case the problem is not fixed, Royal Enfield shall also assist in transporting the motorcycle to the nearest Royal Enfield service center.
In case of the motorcycle facing major faults that can’t be fixed at the location, the motorcycle will be transported, free of cost, to the nearest Royal Enfield Authorised service center for repairs.
In case of adulterated fuel contaminating the motorcycle and the motorcycle rendered immobile as a result, it will be transported, free of cost, to the nearest Royal Enfield authorised service center for repairs.
In case you run out of fuel while on a ride, a Royal Enfield technician will bring upto 5 litres of fuel to your location. The cost of the fuel shall be charged on actuals
Incase of a flat tyre, a Royal Enfield technician will be despatched to your location to attend to the motorcycle. Cost of fixing the flat will be charged on actuals.
Incase you have broken or misplaced your Key, a brand new set of keys will be couriered to the address of your choice.
In case you require medical assistance while on a ride, Royal Enfield will refer you to the nearest medical center. Cost of treatment/consultation shall need to be paid on actuals to the Medical centre
